JEWNITED.LV was founded on October 7, 2023 — the day of the deadliest attack on Jews since the Holocaust. We came together as professionals: lawyers, educators, journalists, business people and community organisers who refused to stay silent.
We defend Israel, strengthen Jewish identity, and combat antisemitism through education, advocacy and legal action. We work in Latvian, Russian and English, with partners in Latvia, Israel, Germany, Lithuania, Poland and beyond.
We are open-minded, fact-based and politically independent. Our work is funded by community donations and grants, and carried out entirely by volunteers.
